THE CREATOR
Welcome to the club, a place where I share my passion, or what some may call obsession for pasta.

Growing up in Cheddar, Somerset I wasn't always destined for the kitchen. After sitting my exams and applying for university, I changed course, deferring a place to study law at Liverpool. After a taking a year out to see the world I decided to move to Edinburgh to train as a chef and follow my true passion, which is as you can imagine is food.
​
I studied a six-month diploma which ignited my love for cooking and afterwards dived headfirst into the culinary world. From baking macaroons for an online store, and then being a pastry chef at the world-renowned Gleneagles Hotel, to becoming a baker at Ahh Toots, a beloved cake shop in Bristol. It’s safe to say I’ve loved every moment I have spent in the world of food so far.
But my first love has always been pasta. In the Spring of this year I took the plunge and to become self employed. Following a number of sell-out supper clubs and the opportunity to work with a handful of exciting brands, as well as writing my first book, I find myself dedicating everything The Monday Pasta Club.. I can’t wait for what’s next.
